What are Juvéderm Fillers?

The Juvéderm family of fillers are hyaluronic acid-based fillers created to restore volume to facial areas where it has been depleted.

Juvéderm Voluma XC: Juvéderm Voluma XC is designed to add volume under the skin to provide lift and contour to the cheek and chin areas in those 21 years and older. Results can last up to 2 years.

Juvéderm Vollure XC: Juvéderm Vollure XC is created to smooth moderate to severe wrinkles and folds, including smile lines around the nose and mouth. Results can last up to 18 months.

Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC: Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC is formulated to correct moderate to severe facial lines and folds to create a smoother surface. Results can last up to one year.

Juvéderm Ultra XC: Juvéderm Ultra XC temporarily adds fullness to the lips for those who desire fuller lips. The result can last up to one year.

Juvéderm Volbella XC: Juvéderm Volbella XC is a filler specifically crate for lip augmentation and the correction of lines around the mouth. Results can last up to one year.

Who is a Candidate?

Men and women who are bothered by signs of aging such as loss of facial volume or lines can often benefit from Juvéderm fillers. Ideal candidates will be physically healthy, nonsmokers who are committed to maintaining good skin health. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of keloid scarring, or have a history of severe allergic reactions may not be good candidates. The Juvéderm Treatment

Prior to your Juvéderm treatment, a topical numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area to ensure you are comfortable during the injection. Next, a fine syringe will be used to inject the Juvéderm filler of your choice into the designated areas. Treatment length may vary depending on the number of areas being injected.

Juvéderm Results

Following your treatment, you may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. These effects should resolve with time. While there is no downtime needed, we recommend avoiding strenuous activity and sun exposure for the next 24 hours. Results will be noticeable immediately after treatment and will improve as swelling resides.
